SHIPPING AND DELIVERY – All INGEAR software titles are sent via USPS within North America. Additional shipping fees will be applied to customers outside North America. Additional shipping fees will be applied for overnight, express courier delivery and those orders containing USB Key Dongles. Electronic software delivery is available at no cost to all CimQuest INGEAR customers.
RETURNS – Although we’re confident you’ll be pleased with the performance and value of INGEAR software titles, we recognize that any software product may not fit the needs of a specific user or application. Before you purchase, you are encouraged to download and try the evaluation version. In those extremely rare cases you find the software is not fitting your specific need, we offer a software return policy.
RETURNING A SOFTWARE TITLE – (Software titles may be returned under the following terms)
- Requests for returns must be made within 30-days from date of purchase.
- INGEAR software titles purchased from CimQuest INGEAR authorized sources ( for example: reseller / distributor, third party internet sites ) must be returned to the company from which they were purchased and are subject to that company’s return policies.

- All returns to CimQuest INGEAR must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (see below).
- Packages sent to CimQuest INGEAR without an RMA will not be processed and no credit will be issued
- Returned software must include all related media and manuals.
- The software must be uninstalled from all computers and all storage devices.
- Delete all backup copies.
SOFTWARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Software that has been activated.
- Software that has received runtime, deployment or distribution files
- Software that has been transferred.
- Software that has been distributed or deployed.
- Software titles not published by CimQuest INGEAR.
- Software obtained through CimQuest INGEAR Volume Licensing Programs or special licensing agreements.
- Authorized Reseller returns (You must process returns directly through the reseller).
HOW TO OBTAIN RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) – To initiate the RMA process, please provide CimQuest INGEAR with proof of purchase within the 30 day time-frame (CimQuest INGEAR receipt, credit card statement, invoice or bank statement) as well as your customer contact information. CimQuest INGEAR will be happy to note the reason for your return so we can provide better products for you in the future.

- RMA instructions with shipping information and an RMA number will then be sent to you by e-mail or fax
- All approved returns will be processed within 10 working days from the date the product is received by CimQuest INGEAR. Failure to include all media, material and information required, may result in the refund being delayed or denied.
- CimQuest INGEAR reserves the right to refuse RMA request.
- CimQuest INGEAR reserves the right to provide partial or pro-rated refunds.
